Here are the instructions for the Oneness Meditation and some introductory information on the Oneness Meditation for those who are less familiar with it.
Before the Oneness Meditation ("OM") begins, you will hear a brief introduction and explanation of the OM, followed by a guided breath and chakra meditation.
After the guided meditation ends, the Oneness Meditation will begin, you will be invited to gently open your eyes and very naturally, without forcing or effort, simply look into the Oneness Meditator's eyes and allow whatever happens to unfold. Whether there is silence, laughter, tears, anger, fear, boredom or any other experience, just let it be. After a while the Oneness Meditator's eyes will close, but the DivineTransmission will continue. At this time you may either continue to look at the image on the screen or close your eyes, whatever feels comfortable for you.
Integration. When the Oneness Meditation is finished, you will hear the music change again as the Liberation Sutra begins. The Liberation Sutra will play twice (14 minutes). Please, sit quietly, with your eyes closed, using this time to allow your experience to integrate. The Broadcast will end after the Liberation Sutra finishes for the second time.
For the maximum benefit, we recommend remaining in silence for as long as possible after the OM concludes.
